The idea here would be that instead of being able to combined 3 of the most powerful WC3 races into one is now impossible, the most you can do is almost get the benefits of 2 full races.

Also this mod not yours, but it is the "same" was already tested like 2 years ago and it wasn't that popular. You can host it on this download section. Some restrictions exist which may prevent you from choosing multiple skills of the same type, but in the broader uac3 you can pretty much train and use the majority of Warcraft3FT skills.
